About the Role
prAna is looking for an energetic, people-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our retail team and bring our brand vision to life. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and foster a positive, inclusive store environment.

  • Support recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing, diverse team
  • Lead daily store operations including scheduling, payroll support, reporting, and inventory
  • Provide clear coaching and real-time feedback to strengthen team performance
  • Take the lead when the Store Manager is away
  • Ensure strong visual merchandising and uphold prAna brand standards

  • 2-3 years of retail leadership experience (visual merchandising a plus)
  • Passion for customer service, sales, and outdoor-inspired lifestyles
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with retail technology, POS systems, and performance tools
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel

Job Conditions
