Job description

Job Title: Pilates / Resistance-Based Fitness Instructor (Mantra Method Training Provided)

Location: Orange County, CA

Job Description:

Mantra Fitness is seeking passionate, high-integrity instructors to join our Orange County studio. We teach the Mantra Method - a proprietary, slow-tempo, resistance-based training system designed to build strength, alignment, and long-term movement health.

This role is ideal for instructors who care deeply about form, precision, and mind-body connection and who want to grow within a distinct, evolving method - not a franchise or licensed brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead small-group classes using a slow-tempo, high-intensity resistance-based method
  • Coach clients with strong attention to alignment, breath, and muscular control
  • Create a welcoming, empowering client experience
  • Participate in internal Mantra Method training and continuing education
  • Collaborate with a supportive, professional studio team

Who We're Looking For:

  • Pilates, fitness, or movement instructors (experience preferred, not required)
  • Strong coaching presence and clear communication skills
  • Passion for strength, longevity, and mindful movement
  • Desire to be trained in a proprietary method with room for growth

What We Offer:

  • Mantra Method training provided (no Lagree certification required)
  • Competitive class pay and growth opportunities
  • Ongoing education and mentorship
  • A high-integrity, community-driven studio culture
  • Opportunity to grow with an established, forward-thinking brand

Nice to Have (but not required):

  • Background in Pilates, strength training, yoga, or athletics
  • Experience teaching on resistance-based equipment

If you're excited to be part of a studio that values precision, professionalism, and long-term movement health, we'd love to hear from you.
