Cafe Sylvia is a full-service casual breakfast restaurant located on the hotel's lower level with epic views of the water. With a fresh new menu featuring literary themes, our hotel, and a fully renovated dining room, this will be a fast-paced, dynamic opportunity. Join the team and be a part of something new for the community.
We seek a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Cafe Sylvia Server. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring they have a positive dining experience.Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and take their orders
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu items
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
