Position Overview

We are seeking an outgoing and friendly Part-Time PM Front Desk Associate to work the evening shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This role is perfect for someone organized and flexible who enjoys engaging with guests and supporting various front desk and lobby operations, including our espresso bar and gift shop sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage front desk operations during the evening shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Operate the lobby espresso bar, preparing and serving beverages to guests.
• Handle gift shop sales and maintain inventory as needed.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
• Valid Food Handlers Card.
• ORLA Permit required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
