In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked breakfast experience for our guests in a fast-paced, newly renovated environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast area according to hotel and brand standards
  • Prepare and replenish breakfast items, beverages, and supplies throughout service
  • Ensure food is presented attractively and maintained at proper temperatures
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and storage
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen equipment, and storage spaces
