What is a break pack associate?

Break Pack Associates are warehouse workers responsible for breaking down large shipments or cases of products into smaller, more manageable quantities (known as 'break packs') for order fulfillment. They ensure that items are accurately counted, sorted, repackaged, and prepared for shipping according to customer or store orders. This role often involves physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing inventory, as well as attention to detail to prevent errors.
