Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant performs various tasks such as visiting customers, visiting prospective customers, ensuring customers are satisfied with our services, and generate reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, and food service providers.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Educate customers on our fresh, high -quality bread products and how they can enhance their menus.
  • Manage your territory effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve performance goals and company objectives.

Competencies:

  • Sales Experience Required – Preferably in foodservice, bakery, or bread sales.
  • Strong understanding of the food industry and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. (Bilingual preferred).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own accounts and schedule.
  • A passion for quality products and helping businesses succeed.
