Job description

FH Logistics, Inc. is a high-growth, well-respected, independent service provider for FedEx Ground located in the DFW market. We are looking to fill permanent full-time and part-time Delivery Driver positions and join our growing team.

Starting pay is approximately $700-$850 per week based on prior experience with potential for upward mobility in management and leadership roles as you progress within our company.

We are a top performing team in Texas and are training and investing in team-oriented people with positive attitudes who enjoy flexibility and working with others. MUST be a team player, in good physical condition and have a clean driving record. We offer great consistent pay, all uniforms, technology to make your job easier, and updated training as required.

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS:

- Age 21 and older

- Valid driver’s license

- Good, safe driving record (will be verified with DMV)

- No driver’s license suspensions in past 36 months

- Must clear criminal background check

- Must be able to pass drug test and random tests from FedEx without notice

- Ideally combined 6 months commercial driving experience in last 3 years (or 5 years during past 10 years). NOTE: examples of commercial experience may include Uber, lawn service trailer towing, restaurant food deliveries, bread route and more.

- MUST pass DOT physical and obtain DOT medical card

- Lift up 10-50 lbs. regularly and up to 150 lbs. as needed

- Be EXTREMELY RELIABLE with solid work history and references

- Be able to learn and understand how to use a scanner and delivery apps

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Positive, upbeat interaction with customers and coworkers

- Loading / sorting / organizing packages on vehicle

- Delivery and pickup of packages to / from customers

- Learn and safely navigate streets on route

- Be flexible (ending times may vary depending on package volume, ability, pace)

- MUST be able to work weekends

- Quick learner and team player

- Able to work independently yet eager to contribute to the team throughout the day

- Willing and able to work physically demanding job
