One common challenge in bread packing is maintaining speed and accuracy, especially during peak production times. Workers must ensure that bread is packaged efficiently while meeting quality standards, such as checking for proper sealing and correct labeling. Another challenge is adapting to repetitive tasks, which requires attention to ergonomics and taking regular breaks to avoid strain. Communication with other team members, such as bakers and quality control staff, is crucial to address any issues quickly and keep the workflow smooth.
