When you first start, you'll spend time training alongside your most skilled teammates. Duties will vary per position. Our department prepares a wide assortment of quality baked goods and desserts including bread, pies, and cakes for all events! All team members will assist with preparing, packaging, stocking, and merchandising products, as well as helping to maintain our strict sanitization standards. At Ingles Markets, we work together to offer our customers a legendary shopping experience. We take pleasure in greeting customers and offering them assistance. Most importantly, you will be forming relationships with customers, team building, growing as a professional, and having fun!
