Host/Hostess:
As a host, you will be the first person to greet a guest when arriving at Tucanos, and the last person to bid farewell to the guest after dining at Tucanos. You are the face of Tucanos and will be able to use your upbeat and friendly attitude to welcome our guests to a fun and festive environment, and to set the tone for the rest of their dining experience. You will engage guests, assisting them with any wait times, managing special seating requests, communicating unique guest needs, and escorting them to their seats when a table is available. You will be responsible for ensuring our guest experience begins with the finest personal care and service. Additional responsibilities include interacting with guests and vendors on the phone, communicating and relaying messages to team members, and assisting with the duties of servers, bussers and other team members as necessary.
