As a Mover/Driver, you are one of the first point of contacts for clients on the job. Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients. Room to grow into a Truck Captain position once training is completed, consistency & Core Values are demonstrated and proven track record of high level performance.

  1. Look, act and become a friendly college hunk – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
  2. Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate, ensuring 110% satisfaction.
  3. SAFELY assist in operating trucks at all times.
  4. Assist in all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc).
  5. Assist in verifying truck has enough receipts, safety equipment and marketing material.
  6. Be able to make logistical decisions
  7. Help lead your team by relevant example, showing them what the core values of the company are all about.
  8. Help to train new hires about the day to day operations and core values (once training is complete)
  9. Complete Daily Checklists.
  10. Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, lost equipment, etc.
  11. Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance.
  12. Safely Load and unload customers belongings
  13. Staging / building various types of furniture
  14. Must have valid driver's license
  15. F endorsement Preferred and is Required for all Move driving positions
