This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from a location of your choice. • Conduct initial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify issues that need to be addressed.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized therapy plans aimed at facilitating client healing and growth.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering guidance and coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing an inclusive, culturally responsive approach to meet diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress made using electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

In this role, you will predominantly work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Our clientele reflects a broad demographic, allowing you to engage with diverse backgrounds and perspectives that enrich your therapeutic practice.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing your ability to deliver comprehensive mental health services.
• Strong familiarity with various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering both individual and group therapy effectively.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to navigate challenging scenarios with poise.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and computer applications.

• Experience working with specific populations such as adolescents, veterans, or underserved communities may be a plus.
• Expertise in culturally responsive therapy frameworks and intervention strategies.
