Our Client is Looking fora Recruitment Marketing Specialist and help attract top talent through innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. You'll create engaging content, manage social media and email campaigns, optimize digital recruitment channels, analyze campaign performance, and enhance the candidate experience. You'll also collaborate with Talent Acquisition, marketing, and business leaders to strengthen Nestlรฉ's employer brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field
  • 1โ€“2+ years of recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, CRM platforms (Avature preferred), and Microsoft Office
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize marketing campaigns

Preferred:

  • Experience with SEO, digital campaigns, website content, and employer branding
  • Digital agency or production project management experience
  • Avature CRM experience
