PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Project Management is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of ongoing projects supporting the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Headquarters and field locations throughout the United States and overseas. This individual provides day-to-day leadership of project activities, ensures operational continuity during contract transition, coordinates with Government Task Managers (GTMs), and oversees project schedules, deliverables, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted mission support. The Project Management serves as a key liaison between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with contractual objectives.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects supporting EOIR Headquarters and field operations.
  • Ensure continuity of ongoing operations throughout contract transition and maintain uninterrupted support to Government stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project activities across geographically dispersed locations, including EOIR courts throughout the United States and overseas.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager, Government Task Managers (GTMs), and technical leads to ensure successful contract execution.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports, executive summaries, dashboards, and ad hoc reports as requested by the Government.
  • Monitor project performance, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
  • Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and project management best practices.
  • Support transition planning, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among project teams, Government stakeholders, and contractor personnel.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
* Experience supporting the Department of Justice (DOJ), EOIR, or other Federal civilian agencies.

  • Experience managing enterprise IT modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based and hybrid IT environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain the appropriate Department of Justice (DOJ) Public Trust Investigation (PTI) as required for the position.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and (8) years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

The principal place of performance will be EOIR Headquarters located in Falls Church, VA.
