About The Role:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly strategic Brand Manager to own end-to-end brand management and product go-to-market strategies across our DTC beauty brands. Reporting to Marketing Leadership, you will assist in translating consumer insights, trend data, and product innovation into compelling brand stories that captivate customers and accelerate market share.

In this role, you will sit at the center of cross-functional execution- working hand-in-hand with Creative, Growth Marketing, Product Development, Influencer, CX, and Retail teams to ensure consistent brand positioning across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is an agile marketer who blends passion for hair care and beauty with a strong background in brand marketing and project leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Go-To-Market (GTM)

  • Lead end-to-end GTM campaigns for new product launches, line extensions, and core re-promotes across the L'ange and OFIR portfolios.

  • Define and safeguard overall brand identity, voice, positioning, and packaging guidelines across all digital platforms, retail touchpoints, and marketing channels.

  • Monitor beauty industry trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to identify whitespace opportunities for new product innovation and brand positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Brief and collaborate with Creative and Content teams to produce high-performing asset suites (digital, video, social, packaging, PDPs) that balance performance driver metrics with brand equity.

  • Work closely with Customer Acquisition and Retention teams to ensure paid media, email/SMS campaigns, and promo strategies align with core brand messaging and campaign objectives.

  • Partner with Product Development and Operations to ensure seamless timeline management from concept to launch.

Commercial Management & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance, product sell-through, sales volume, and customer feedback to derive actionable insights and refine future marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to build competitive pricing structures, promotional calendars, and product bundling strategies that maximize Gross Margin and Average Order Value (AOV).

  • Manage campaign-level marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation across creative production, sampling, and promotional launches.

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of brand management experience within DTC Beauty, Haircare, Cosmetics, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).

  • Proven track record of successfully launching physical beauty products from concept to GTM execution.

  • Exceptional cross-functional project management skills-ability to manage complex marketing calendars and keep multiple teams aligned on tight deadlines.

  • Strong business acumen with experience analyzing campaign ROI, product margin, unit economics, and consumer data.

  • Deep knowledge of modern digital marketing platforms, social media trends (TikTok, Meta), and the DTC e-commerce landscape (Shopify environment preferred).

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience presenting strategies to senior leadership.

  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in DTC hair care, styling tools, or color cosmetics.

  • Experience managing multi-brand portfolios or brand incubation models.

  • Experience partnering with Influencer/Creator Marketing teams to integrate UGC and influencer-led content into campaign launches.
