Job description

Brand Protection Advisor – Akron, OH

EcoSure, the brand protection division of Ecolab, partners with global brands to create an end‑to‑end brand protection strategy. Join our team as a Brand Protection Advisor to deliver on‑site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence.

Overview

You will conduct brand protection visits, develop assessment presentations, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver a budgeted number of visits each week while supporting our clients’ growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to meet program requirements.
  • Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings and recommendations to client leadership.
  • Partner with EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
  • Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and CRM technology for efficient planning and execution.
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) while completing visits in hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, education, healthcare, and senior living facilities.
  • Support the growth initiatives of our company and our clients.
Position Details
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of Akron, OH.
  • 100% overnight travel required.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime.
  • Possession of a current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
  • Based on customer requirements, obtaining ServSafe and/or CP‑FS certification may be a condition of continued employment.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Two years of hospitality‑industry related experience.
  • Age 21years or older.
  • Current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
  • No immigration sponsorship available.
Physical Requirements
  • Being around, touching, and potentially consuming food made from or with animal products and/or top allergens.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 25pounds.
  • Inspecting client playgrounds by climbing, crawling in tight areas, and descending tube slides.
  • Bending, squatting, shifting, and adjusting movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the head.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods in client locations.
  • Driving and/or flying to client locations as needed; must have proper documentation such as a RealID.
  • Driving a company‑paid vehicle as required (pre‑employment and ongoing motor‑vehicle record checks will be performed).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality, or business.
  • Multilingual (Spanish & French preferred).
  • High‑level customer service and advanced consultative skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, good judgment, and superior decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
