Responsibilities

  • This role is an in-office position
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a central point of contact, facilitating clear design communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners while owning the delivery and coordination of project deliverables and vendor submittals. 
  • Team Engagement: Foster strong creative working relationships, monitor team workloads, and maintain open communication throughout project lifecycles. 
  • Risk & Opportunity Tracking: Identify and monitor potential risks and opportunities to support successful project outcomes. 
  • Scope & Quality Management: Ensure deliverables align with project scope and client expectations, identifying opportunities for additional services when appropriate. 
  • Project Delivery & Oversight: Support leadership in managing creative projects of varying scales, ensuring timely delivery aligned with goals, schedules, and budgets.  
  • Scheduling & Task Management: Develop and manage timelines, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines to keep projects on track. 
  • Resource Coordination: Allocate and manage internal and external resources, including team members, subcontractors, and vendors. 
  • Organization & Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documents, contracts, reports, and records across platforms including Microsoft Teams and internal servers. 
  • Budget Support: Track expenses, assist with budget monitoring, and support invoicing processes as needed. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communication, marketing, advertising, architecture, interior design, construction management or related field.  
  • Proven experience in a professional services, creative agency, AEC firm or similar environment.  
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and team members.  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suites and Bluebeam Revu.  
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.  
  • Emerging leadership and people management skills 
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.  
  • AEC experience is preferred

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $97,000 annually - Los Angeles locations only  

The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in Los Angeles only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
