What You Will Do
1. Global Brand Strategy & Narrative
  • Define and continuously evolve Plaud's brand positioning and narrative architecture.
  • Translate "Amplify Human Intelligence" into resonant storytelling frameworks.
  • Position Plaud as category thought leader in AI + work intelligence.

2. Brand Storytelling & Content Leadership
  • Lead the creation of compelling brand stories, campaigns, and narratives that emotionally connect users with Plaud's purpose.
  • Oversee the production of hero content: brand films, manifestos, keynotes, and flagship campaigns.
  • Establish content calendar aligned with product roadmap and strategic campaigns.

3. Brand Communications & PR Strategy
  • Drive global brand communications strategy, aligning PR, keynote, and partnership storytelling to reinforce brand equity.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and cultural collaborations that elevate Plaud's image.
  • Collaborate with agencies, creative studios, and media partners to produce world-class campaigns.

4. Brand Governance & Measurement
  • Safeguard global brand integrity across all internal and external communications.
  • Establish and monitor brand health KPIs - awareness, preference, sentiment, and share of voice - to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Build cross-market brand review systems to ensure local relevance while maintaining global consistency. Ensure brand coherence across owned channels.

5. Creative & Design Leadership
  • Oversee Brand VI evolution; Product launch films; Campaign systems; Website creative direction; Channel creatives, etc.
  • Build scalable design systems.
  • Raise creative bar to "luxury tech" standard.

6. Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team across Brand Content, Brand Communications, PR, Social Media, Creative & Design.
  • Partner closely with regional marketing leads globally.
  • Mentor and inspire teams to deliver elevated, high-craft brand experiences that drive both brand and business impact.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 8-15 years of experience in brand leadership, with proven success as a Brand Director or equivalent at a FAST-GROWING brand.
  • Deep expertise in brand positioning and storytelling - with an eye for detail and premium AI/tech aesthetics.
  • Strong understanding of global markets and customer behaviors, especially in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills - able to inspire cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Builder mindset and entrepreneurship.
  • Good at using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
