At Post Consumer Brands, we're passionate about building and growing iconic Post brands that consumers know, trust, and love. We are seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Senior Brand Manager to lead two high-potential brands within our Pet Division and help accelerate our business transformation.

This highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to shape brand strategy, drive business performance, lead a talented team, and leverage the power of iconic Post brands to deliver sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving volume, revenue, profitability, household penetration, and long-term brand equity across channels including Walmart, Grocery, Club, Dollar, eCommerce, and Pet Specialty.

What You'll Do

Drive Brand Growth & Business Performance

  • Develop and execute annual business plans and long-term growth strategies.
  • Own brand P&L performance and delivery of volume, revenue, market share, and profit objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, retailer partnerships, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage pricing, budgets, investments, and portfolio strategy to maximize ROI and profitability.

Lead Marketing & Brand Development

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, shopper, and consumer touchpoints.
  • Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and creative strategies that elevate iconic Post brands.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver impactful consumer and customer marketing programs.
  • Measure performance and optimize marketing investments to drive growth.

Leverage Insights to Drive Results

  • Translate consumer, customer, category, and competitive insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Utilize Nielsen, Circana (IRI), Numerator, Power BI, and other analytics tools to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Monitor brand health, identify risks and opportunities, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Serve as the voice of the consumer across the organization.

Lead Cross Functionally

  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, R&D, Operations, Shopper Marketing, and Insights & Analytics teams.
  • Build compelling retailer growth strategies and customer-selling stories.
  • Influence key stakeholders and drive alignment across the organization.
  • Lead major business initiatives from strategy through execution.

Developing People & Teams

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Build organizational capability and develop future marketing leaders.
