Summary: Nike is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to join its Global Brand Management team for a 9 10 month maternity coverage. The role is focused on leading marketing strategy and execution for Kids' running and training spaces, with an emphasis on storytelling, strategic direction, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Develop and drive seasonal integrated marketing plans for Kids' running and training categories
Manage asset development and distribution across channels with a focus on compelling storytelling
Collaborate with internal global, geographic, and functional teams as well as external agency partners
Gather and apply consumer insights to inform brand strategies and executions
Oversee product integration into seasonal brand programming
Lead with strategic vision while managing multiple projects and fostering cross-functional alignment
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in consumer, retail, or digital brand marketing
Strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and project management skills
Proficient in Keynote, Figma, and Excel
Demonstrated passion for inspiring kids in sport
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nike experience highly preferred
