Job description

About Agentio
Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads-automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement-so work that took months now happens in minutes.
We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work-finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators-Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9-10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.
Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.
The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0-4 Years in Business" category.
An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us.
About the Role
As Agentio's first Brand Communications & Events Lead, you own Agentio's owned, earned and experiential strategy and execution including channels such as: Linkedin, Meta, X, Youtube, and PR. You'll own the integrated events and comms calendar that puts Agentio at the center of the industry conversation, and define our voice. You'll work directly with the CEO and executive team to ensure every trade story, piece of content or event ultimately drives brand awareness and marketing pipeline.
What You'll Do
PR & Earned Media
  • Build PR to be proactive and narrative-driven, tied directly to a thought-leadership and research pipeline.
  • Owns executive and journalist prep and implement post-mortems after every major press cycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong media and journalist relationships; bring an extensive publisher and press network to the role from day one.
  • Craft press-worthy storylines from product narratives - go beyond the press release to drive stories that shape category conversation.

Events Strategy & Execution
  • Own and execute end-to-end the integrated events and comms calendar: priority industry events, owned activations, speaking opportunities, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate with Demand Gen and Content to ensure every event activation drives measurable lead-gen and brand impact.
  • Manage vendors and production partners to deliver exceptional event experiences on time and on budget.

Owned Channels & Brand Voice
  • Own Agentio's voice and content strategy across owned channels: LinkedIn, X, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Ensure a consistent, compelling brand presence that builds credibility with marketers and creators alike.
  • Partner with PMM and Demand Gen to align owned channel output with the broader content and campaign calendar.
What You Need
  • Proven experience using comms as a brand-building lever: You've used PR, earned media, and owned channels as strategic tools-not just tactical outputs-to build brand credibility and market position.
  • Strategic B2B comms professional with strong agency management: You know how to evaluate, brief, and hold agencies accountable; you get the most out of external partners.
  • Launch comms expertise: You can build a compelling press narrative from a product story, not just write a press release. You bring an extensive media and publisher network to activate.
  • Editorial rigor and attention to detail: You understand the reputational stakes of inaccurate claims in ad-tech and AI, and you hold every piece of external communication to the highest standard.
  • Events ownership: Comfortable owning events strategy and logistics/execution, or managing a vendor to do so, with a clear line to pipeline and brand impact.
  • 7+ years of B2B communications experience with a track record of building brand through earned and owned channels.
  • Exceptional ability to learn quickly, pivot effectively, and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
  • A deep obsession with using AI tools and LLMs to gain 10x leverage and automate previously-manual tasks.

About You
  • You're familiar with and passionate about the creator economy and digital advertising.
  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, able to balance speed with strategy.
  • You're laser-focused on outcomes-you measure comms success in brand impact and pipeline, not just impressions.
  • You're a natural leader with aspirations to grow into a leadership role.
  • You're comfortable in zero-to-one environments and thrive when you truly own the outcome.
  • You're ready to roll up your sleeves, get things done, and work harder than you've likely ever worked before, but with far greater reward.
  • You're a positive, honest, empathetic, and curious teammate.
  • You understand that Agentio is building in-person, and is in-office 5 days/week.

What You'll Get
  • The chance to define and own the brand communications function at Agentio.
  • A high-impact, highly visible role where you'll shape how the world perceives one of the most exciting companies in the creator economy.
  • The opportunity to build a first-of-its-kind business as an early team member and make a meaningful impact in how brands share their stories and creators live off their work.
  • A crash course in what it takes to scale a startup, with first-hand exposure to foundational business drivers and needs.

Benefits & Perks
