The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading all culinary operations for a casino restaurant in Eagle Pass, bringing hands-on kitchen leadership and culinary expertise to a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and kitchen efficiency while supporting and developing a talented culinary team across all casino dining outlets.
 
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or senior culinary leader within a high-volume casino, hotel, or similar hospitality-driven culinary environment
  • Strong knowledge of food production, menu execution, food safety standards, and kitchen organization with the ability to maintain consistency and quality across all casino dining operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop culinary teams while supporting the Executive Chef in driving operational excellence and financial performance
Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations for the casino restaurant, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution that aligns with the casino's dining and brand standards
