We’re seeking a hands-on Branch Sales Manager to lead and develop a growing branch. This role is ideal for a leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, work alongside their team, and drive results across sales and service.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees for performance and advancement.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and key performance metrics.
• Own branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and internal controls.
• Oversee branch operations, including inventory, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Partner with the Regional Manager on branch goals, budgets, and performance planning.What We’re Looking For:• Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, ideally within a high volume service or distribution organization.
