Description
Direct all warehouse and sales activities within the Branch; purchasing and distribution as dictated by company policy while meeting market demands and deploying tactics to overcome competitors’ initiatives. Planning and executing on sales and expense budgets. Establishing and maintaining the distribution of all products while also developing sales and maximizing profits of the Branch territory. Ensure that all employees adhere to company practices and policies and function within the rules and regulations of government agencies and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all positions within the branch to ensure that assigned tasks are accomplished and that all policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Provide products and services, based on customer needs, through inside and outside sales functions
  • Determine staff requirements; interviewing, hiring and training of new employees
  • Supports sales representatives utilizing company policy, product knowledge, procedures, and future opportunities
  • Work with the Branch sales team in developing and maintaining an active prospect list
  • Maintain inventory control and cycle counts; working closely with the Purchasing Department and adhering to the guidelines set by the company
  • Serve as floater for all positions within the Branch to accommodate scheduling needs
  • Develops and continually assesses the annual branch sales and expense budgets
  • Performs other related duties as needed

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Must be able to read, write and speak French
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong management orientation
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Knowledgeable in water treatment 
  • Strong preference for candidate experienced in plumbing and control design systems
