Job description

  • Respond to inbound inquiries, provide product and service information, and expert advice and support.
  • Identify potential leads and reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Process customer orders and prepare quotes.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Assist with pricing negotiations and provide support in closing sales.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives, customer service, and operations teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.
  • Provide after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and address customer complaints.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  • Cultivate existing customer relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction, customer retention, and gather feedback for service improvement.
  • Conduct touch base meetings with branch managers and service managers to discuss upcoming equipment needs and collaborate to resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
