  • Serve as a visible leader with customers through occasional local visits and ride-alongs with outside sales.

Branch Operations & Shop Leadership

  • Partner with the branch belt shop leader/manager to optimize production, fabrication workflows, and throughput.
  • Assist with scheduling installs and aligning resources to meet customer commitments.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all shop processes—including shipping, receiving, and fabrication—and operate shop equipment as needed.
  • Schedule and oversee shop equipment maintenance programs.

Inventory, Purchasing & Vendor Management

  • Review inventory levels and initiate inventory reorders when required.
  • Source products and manage vendor and supplier relationships.

  • Oversee branch facility repairs, upgrades, and general maintenance.
  • Maintain branch IT equipment, computer systems, and phone systems.
  • Coordinate outside contractors and manage branch access.
  • Act as the branch’s single point of contact for intercompany communication and keep leadership informed of branch activity.
Requirements:
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with urgency and professionalism.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort cold calling in person and over the phone.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and overnight travel as needed.
