Customer Service Representative

Foster Blue Water Oil is looking for a focused, bright, and industrious Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The position is optional for full-time at our North Branch Bulk office.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Professionalism with handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
  • Assist customers at the counter.
  • Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled)
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Posting payments daily in the computer system.
  • Reconciling daily deposits.
  • Filing and scanning documents.
  • Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  • If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
