The 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator (Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately bending and shaping metal components according to precise specifications.

This position ensures production goals are met during second shift operations by safely and efficiently operating press brake machinery. The operator is responsible for interpreting blueprints, setting up equipment, and making precise adjustments to produce high-quality finished parts.

Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintaining product integrity, equipment performance, and workplace safety. This role is key to delivering consistent, accurate metal fabrications on schedule.

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating press brake machinery or similar metal fabrication equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Basic math skills for measurements and bend calculations
