KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Safely set up, load, unload, and operate press brake machines and metal fabrication equipment.

? Read and interpret technical engineering prints/blueprints to perform standard and complex forming

operations.

? Prepare complex setups including custom punch modifications used in combination with specialized

tooling.

? Perform rigorous ongoing Quality Control (QC) checks on parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision

gauges.

? Perform routine preventative machine maintenance to ensure peak performance and minimal downtime.

? Monitor machine operations continuously to detect issues, troubleshoot, and prevent part defects.

? Maintain high productivity and strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

? Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing with 1+ years dedicated press brake operator experience.

? Equipment Preference: Experience with Trumpf press brakes or folding machines is strongly preferred.

? Technical Skills: Proven ability to read technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and spec sheets.

? Measurement Tools: Hands-on proficiency using QC measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers,

height gauges).

? Attributes: Strong mechanical aptitude, high attention to detail, strong work ethic, and safety-first mindset.Work Shift (M-Th 7-4:30pm, Fri 7-11am)

Pay Rate $20-$23 per hour
