What You'll Do
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive retention, referrals, and agency growth
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend customized insurance solutions
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to strengthen customer protection and uncover cross-sell opportunities
• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into written business
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and account updates as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with agency and insurance regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to exceed agency production goals
