The Senior Instructor is a high-performing leader responsible for delivering exceptional, music-driven classes while elevating instructor performance and overall studio experience. This role leads by example, upholds brand standards, and plays a key role in mentorship, training, and team development.
Senior Instructor Responsibilities
Deliver high-energy, results-driven classes that reflect JETSETโs signature style and uphold all brand standards
Lead by example in class flow, client engagement, professionalism, and studio presence
Coach and develop instructors through mentorship, class evaluations, and ongoing feedback (minimum 1 Keep/Start every 60 days)
Support instructor onboarding, shadowing, and continued education to ensure consistency in programming and delivery
Act as a key resource for the team, assisting with class planning, troubleshooting, and overall instructor performance
Foster a strong, collaborative team culture that aligns with JETSET values and elevates the studio experience
Partner with Studio Leads to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience across all studio interactions
Support studio operations by maintaining consistency in documentation, substitutions, and established processes
Step in as a leadership point of contact when needed to support the team and overall studio performance
Senior Instructor Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of Level 3 teaching experience at JETSET (or equivalent Pilates experience, subject to leadership discretion)
Maintain a minimum of 6 classes per week at home studio
Maintain โค20% sub rate over a rolling 60-day period
Availability during non-peak hours for specialty classes and team support
Strong alignment with JETSET brand, energy, and community standards
Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills
CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain)
