What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of brand management experience in CPG or a related industry. Note that MBA will count for additional experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, curious, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Strong business and financial acumen with analytical rigor
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • MBA strongly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$97,800-$134,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
