What You Will Do

  • Deliver empathetic, high-touch customer service in a luxury boutique environment.
  • Learn the specialized art of professional bra fitting to solve fit issues for diverse client needs.
  • Navigate our Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain stunning visual merchandising standards to showcase our beautiful inventory.
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit, supportive team to reach monthly sales goals.

Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Reliable & Punctual: A committed teammate who understands the importance of schedule consistency in a boutique setting.
  • Detail-Oriented: Eager and physically capable of navigating a massive, fast-paced inventory system of 5,000+ items.
  • Self-Motivated & Warm: Thrives on building meaningful, personal relationships with community clients.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule. Working Saturdays is required. (We are completely closed on Sundays!).
  • Experience: Previous retail, boutique styling, or POS experience is highly preferred, but a stellar attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

⏰ Schedule & Hours

  • Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Availability: Saturday availability is required.
  • Store Hours: Monday (10 AM–7 PM), Tuesday through Saturday (10 AM–6 PM). Closed Sundays!
