Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
  • Provide product information and assist customers with their orders.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
  • Proficient in using customer service software (NetSuite) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Automotive or Bus/Truck part sales a plus.
