Job description

We are seeking an experienced Appian BPM Developer with Smart Communications (SmartComm) expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using Appian and SmartComm platforms.

Roles, Responsibilities & Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Appian BPM development and enterprise application delivery.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian-based business process management solutions.
  • Build and maintain Appian process models, records, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
  • Develop and configure Smart Communications (SmartComm) templates and customer communication solutions.
  • Integrate Appian applications with databases, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Appian development best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, workflow management, and business process automation.
