Appian Developer
Location: Louisville, OH
Key Responsibilities:
Appian Application Development: Design, develop, and implement Appian applications, including process models, rules, interfaces, data models, integrations, and reports.
Full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Business Process Management (BPM): Analyze business processes and translate them into efficient and scalable Appian solutions.
Integration: Develop and implement integrations between Appian and other enterprise systems using various methods (e.g., Web Services, APIs, Databases).
Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough unit testing and participate in system integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Appian applications.
Deployment and Maintenance: Assist with the deployment of Appian applications to different environments and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to Appian applications and development processes.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features, best practices, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of [Number] years of hands-on experience in Appian development.
Proven experience in designing and developing complex Appian applications from scratch.
Strong understanding of Appian platform architecture, components, and best practices.
Proficiency in Appian Designer, including process modeler, rules designer, interface designer, and data modeler.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Appian Certified Developer or higher certification.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of other BPM platforms or workflow automation tools.
Experience with front-end development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with security best practices in application development.
