  • Drive the Brand: Manage our property’s digital footprint, monitor advertising effectiveness, and work to boost our Google scores and online presence.

  • Stay Compliant: Ensure all required reporting, including weekly market surveys and annual BPDA reports, are completed accurately and on time.

Who You Are

  • An Experienced Professional: You have a background in sales or real estate leasing, specifically within property management.
  • A Tech-Savvy Communicator: You are comfortable with (or eager to master) industry tools like Yardi, MRI, Bluemoon, and Rent Café.
  • A Problem Solver: You have excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to interpret and act on detailed instructions quickly.
  • Physically Active: You are comfortable walking the property daily and can lift or carry up to 15 lbs as needed.
  • Education: A college degree (specifically in business or real estate) is preferred but not required.
