The PACE Specialist Strategy team is dedicated to building the go-to-market strategy for Specialist sellers (AEs and Managers) within Salesforce's Products, Auto, Consumer, and Energy (PACE) industries. We sit at the forefront of GTM strategy & innovation, partnering closely with sales and product leadership to drive success with our new consolidated seller model across Applications (Tableau & Slack), Digital (Marketing, Commerce, and Revenue), Service, and AiDAPT (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Platform).
Senior Analyst:
What You'll Do
  • Support specialist/product deep dive analysis requests from Connor Marsden (EVP), Taylor Hedberg (COO) and our Salesforce c-suite
  • Support quarterly business reviews (SVP, AVP, CKO)
  • Provide regular insight into the health of our pilot specialist model
  • Support our AiDAPT Consumption motion for Agentforce and Data Cloud.
  • Support monthly 360 Forecast for PACE OU
  • Scale our data management/automation for key operational and G4G deliverables along with our Specialist BP and Core Central teams
  • Support our COO Operators (programs, enablement, strategy) motion
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data
  • Expert-level Google Sheets and Excel skills - ability to turn raw data into structured insights, formulas, graphs, and analytics
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to problem-solve with ambiguous or limited information; highly curious mindset
  • Collaborative team player who actively supports others
  • Ability to format slides in a clean, concise manner with clear key takeaways
Nice to Have:
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to tell a concise story to an executive audience

Manager:
What You'll Do
