POSITION OVERVIEW:
As one of our Sales Associates (SA), you help generate revenue by building relationships with potential, new, and existing members. Your goal is to drive business through memberships, class packages, private training, equipment, and retail sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and sales skills, and a love for fitness.
BRAND STANDARDS amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create new business internally through lead generation, member promotions, referrals, and the dissemination of guest passes
  • Reach out to potential members by phone and set appointments for new business
  • Promote specials to current and future guests
  • Complete agreements and manage daily planner/leads
  • Successfully attain personal revenue targets
  • Tour potential members through the club while establishing a relationship and targeting prospective member’s needs and wants
  • Effectively and professionally enroll guests using TITLE Boxing Club sales techniques and protocol
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility
SKILLS amp; QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and scheduling private training sessions
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills and passion for helping others lead healthy and fit lives
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Must have proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work up to 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours per day
