Job Description: SLM Technicians are responsible for the sterile filtration, filling and capping of allergenic products at JubilantHollister-Stier. This includes filtration and dispensing of liquid allergen products and related duties as well as semi-automated aseptic filling of liquid and freeze-dried allergenic products.The SLM Technician Level 1 is an entry-level position responsible for supporting core operations within the ABUSLM department. This role focuses on foundational tasks that ensure the cleanliness, organization, and accuracy ofsterile allergenic product processing. Technicians in this role are expected to follow established procedures andmaintain compliance with aseptic and safety standards.
1. ABU SLM General Department Core:
- Assist in routine departmental operations including preparation and staging of materials.
- Support workflow efficiency by maintaining organized workspaces and supplies.
2. ABU SLM General Clean:
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas according to SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and cleanroom standards.
3. ABU SLM General Boxing:
- Package allergenic products in accordance with labeling and boxing procedures.
- Verify product counts and inspect packaging for integrity and accuracy.
4. ABU SLM General BAS (Batch Accountability System):
- Accurately record batch data and support traceability of materials and products.
- Assist in documentation and reconciliation of production records.
5. ABU SLM General SAP Transactions:
- Execute basic SAP transactions related to inventory movement, material staging, and
- production reporting.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and support data integrity.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Pharmaceutical Experience desired
- FDA Regulated Industry Experience desired
- Manufacturing production and equipment operation experience desired
- Basic understanding of cleanroom protocols and aseptic handling desired
- Familiarity with SAP or willingness to learn enterprise systems desired
- Mechanical Aptitude required
- Proactive as to avoid any compromises that may affect production required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures required
- Good communication and teamwork skills required
- Vision Requirements:
- ¿ 20/30 Corrected Near-Point
- ¿ Respirator Clearance Required
- Other Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs above shoulders unassisted
- Exposure to Allergens

Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00AM-3:30PM
Compensation & Benefits That Start on Day One - Because Your Well Being Matters
Hiring Wage: $18.56 - $27.84, INCLUDE SPECIFIC SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
- This position is eligible for a shift premium of $2.00 per hour worked between 3pm and 11pm, and $2.50 per hour worked between 11pm and 7:30am.
- This position is eligible for an aseptic premium of $2.00 per hour worked in qualifying aseptic areas.
