Position: Warehouse Clerk
Work Location: Hiram, GA 30141
Payrate: $17.75/hr on w2
Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: M-F 8am to 5pm 

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and process material orders on a daily basis, including accepting deliveries, labeling them and distributing packages and letters internally.
  • Preparation, organization, and creation of bills of lading, shipping labels, order receipts and other shipping documents.
  • Coordinate deliveries to customers on a daily basis, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues related to tracking, invoicing and other customer queries, including boxing goods, addressing packages, and staying in contact with shipping companies.
  • Maintain the company stockroom by cleaning, organizing, and labeling items in storage on a regular basis.
  • Keep records of goods that have been shipped and received, preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for supervisors.
  • Schedule large shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure that there is enough storage space for incoming items and personnel on hand to manage incoming shipments.
  • High volume data entry as needed
  • Troubleshoot shipping issues when necessary
  • Knowledge of RF scanner
  • Ability to drive a Cherry Picker

Job Requirements
Required

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience Microsoft Excel
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a warehouse setting 

Preferred:

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
