Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Friendly Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, responsible for accurately picking/packing orders, delivering, hanging pictures, and staging furniture according to client specifications and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately pick items from designated locations within the warehouse based on order requirements.
  • Carefully pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit.
  • Verify accuracy of picked and packed items by comparing them with order forms or electronic records.
  • Label packages with correct shipping information and ensure proper documentation is completed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to facilitate easy access and efficient workflow.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment activities as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
  • Drive a box truck to make deliveries throughout the Atlanta metro area. This includes unboxing furniture, placing it in designated areas, hanging pictures, and assisting with home staging according to the Interior Designer's needs

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing, or logistics preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely, up to 50 pounds.
