Anchored Hope Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. This role provides an entirely remote work environment, giving therapists the autonomy to choose their working hours from Monday to Friday. Our telehealth platform allows for seamless interaction with clients, making it easy to deliver virtual therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or anywhere you choose. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with each client’s personal goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based, solution-focused approaches.
• Utilize our teletherapy platform to deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions, engaging effectively with clients in a digital space.
• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, demonstrating compassion and expertise in high-pressure situations.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health and contribute to overall clinical quality.

As a mental health counselor at Anchored Hope, you will work closely with a diverse array of adult clients, each facing unique mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Your commitment to understanding individual client needs will directly influence their healing journeys and empower them to overcome obstacles that significantly impact their lives.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure effective client management.

We value experience in therapeutic settings, particularly those involving telehealth services. Experience with evidence-based practices and continuity of care will be advantageous as you develop treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs.

Our competitive salary range for this role is between USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
