Candidate must provide invaluable support to our financial adviser(s) and their client base, overseeing a 1–5-person office. We require someone with boundless energy, a determined mindset, and the ability to work autonomously. Serving as the vital link between our clients, advisers, and business associates, you'll leverage your exceptional communication and listening skills to ensure elite client service daily.
Success in this role hinges on your capacity to stay abreast of products, resources, company policies, and procedures, all while being an adept communicator. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills for fostering enduring relationships. 
Responsibilities and Duties 
As a Client Services Representative, your duties encompass but are not restricted to: handling incoming calls, welcoming clients, managing appointment scheduling and confirmations, organizing files, conducting data entry tasks, handling fax and email communications, conducting research, and preparing and processing appointments—all while prioritizing and upholding client confidentiality at all times.
