Join Our Team as a Float Pool Nurse (RN/LPN)!

What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Nursing Superpowers)

Deliver Excellent Care

  • Provide high-quality resident care while ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort.

  • Perform RN/LPN duties in compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.

  • Adapt quickly to new units, floors, and resident needs as assignments change.

Be Flexible & Adaptable

  • Float between departments as assigned, stepping in where care is needed most.

  • Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled.

  • Stay ready to handle a variety of care situations with professionalism and compassion.

Support Team Success

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.

  • Attend required team meetings, complete Relias training, and follow all community policies/procedures.

  • Communicate concerns promptly to supervisors to ensure safe, effective care.

What You Bring to the Team

Credentials & Experience

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Minnesota.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Previous long-term care or senior living experience preferred.

Skills & Strengths

  • Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.

  • Adaptability and a positive, team-focused attitude.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Schedule Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) shifts per 30-day period, including at least one weekend shift, to maintain active status.

  • PRN/float pool position – hours are based on facility needs (not guaranteed).
