Sales Manager Luxury Spa Group

Pay: $3,000 monthly base + unlimited earning potential
Job Type: Full-time | On-site (Travel optional when assigned; expenses covered)

About the Role
Our luxury spa group operates 30 premium locations across the United States, providing high-end aesthetic services such as Cryo-Facial, Botox, fillers, and advanced wellness treatments. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead in-spa sales teams, drive revenue through selling, upselling, and cross-selling services and packages, and ensure daily sales goals are consistently met. Exceptional performers may grow into a Travel Sales Manager role, supporting other locations as assigned.

What You'll Do

  1. Sales Leadership & Growth

    • Drive daily sales quotas for in-spa treatments and packages

    • Mentor and coach the sales team to maximize individual and team performance

    • Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent

  2. Customer Engagement

    • Engage clients post-treatment to recommend services, packages, and add-ons

    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that encourage repeat visits

    • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system

  3. Team Development & Support

    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve sales skills

    • Align team members with sales goals and support professional growth

    • Promote a collaborative and high-energy work culture

  4. Travel & Optional Support

    • Support other spa locations as a Travel Sales Manager when assigned

    • Company covers all travel expenses for relocation assignments to other locations
