Weekend Botox Sales information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Weekend Botox Sales professional, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Weekend Botox Sales professional, you need a solid understanding of cosmetic procedures, sales techniques, and relevant state licensure or certification if administering treatments. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, appointment scheduling software, and knowledge of Botox products is often required. Exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and the ability to build trust with clients help set top performers apart. These skills are vital for ensuring client safety, compliance, and achieving strong sales results in a competitive aesthetics market.

Can you make $500,000 a year in sales?

Weekend Botox sales roles can vary widely in income potential, with top performers earning high commissions that may approach or exceed $500,000 annually. Achieving this level typically requires extensive experience, strong sales skills, a large client base, and effective marketing strategies. Most sales positions do not guarantee such high earnings, and income depends on individual performance and market demand.

What are Weekend Botox Sales jobs?

Weekend Botox Sales jobs involve selling Botox treatments, typically in clinics or med spas, during weekends. These positions often require interacting with clients, explaining the benefits and procedures of Botox, and sometimes administering the treatment if the individual is a licensed medical professional. Sales representatives focus on generating new business, following up with leads, and providing excellent customer service. This job is ideal for those with a background in sales, aesthetics, or healthcare who are looking for part-time or flexible weekend work.

How much do Botox sales reps make?

Botox sales representatives typically earn between $60,000 and $100,000 annually, including base salary and commissions. Compensation varies based on experience, sales performance, and the employer, with some reps earning higher through bonuses and incentives. Strong communication skills and industry knowledge are important for success in this role.

While both roles involve sales and weekend work, Botox sales are more aligned with the cosmetic industry, whereas medical sales are rooted in healthcare and medical device sectors.

How do you become a Botox rep?

To become a Botox sales representative, you typically need a background in healthcare, such as nursing, pharmacy, or medical aesthetics, along with strong sales skills. Certification or training on Botox products and procedures is often required, and understanding of medical regulations is beneficial. The role involves promoting Botox treatments to clinics and practitioners, often requiring a license or certification depending on the region.

What are some typical challenges faced in a weekend Botox sales role, and how can they be addressed?

One of the main challenges in a weekend Botox sales role is building trust quickly with clients who may be new to aesthetic treatments and are making decisions in a shorter time frame. Additionally, weekend sales often mean a fast-paced environment with a higher volume of walk-in clients. To succeed, it's important to have strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of the products and procedures, and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently. Collaborating closely with medical professionals on-site and staying updated on the latest industry trends also helps in addressing client concerns effectively.

Job description

What We’re Looking For

Empire Medical Training is hiring an Event Sales Manager; a competitive, high-energy role for someone with excellent presentation and phone skills and an outgoing personality. You’ll split your time between our Fort Lauderdale office and our live seminars around the country, helping run great events and turning them into sales.

This is a full-time role for a self-motivated person who can work independently, thrives in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, and is looking for an established career with strong income potential.

About Empire Medical Training

Empire Medical Training is the nation’s leading education-seminar provider for physicians, nurses, and other licensed healthcare professionals. With nearly 30 years providing accredited training seminars and certification programs across the United States, Empire continues to shape the Aesthetics, Anti-Aging, and Pain Management fields through innovation, a full curriculum of 52+ workshops, and a faculty of the most renowned professionals in the medical community.

Our customers are healthcare professionals learning specialized techniques, such as Botox injections, laser treatments, and epidural injections, to grow their skills and earning potential.

Training is delivered through live, hands-on workshops at hotels nationwide and through online programs that supplement CME requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Run the events on-site. Travel to seminars to help run the show, handling sign-ins, setting up the room, distributing training materials, managing travel teams, and upselling clients on additional training and certifications.

• Sell over the phone. Handle inbound and outbound calls with physician clients: discuss our training programs, upsell courses and memberships, and provide details on pricing, certification, and seminar locations.

• Keep the operation tight. Use our sales tools and CRM to manage the database and leads, and handle administrative tasks including medicine inventory, expense and mileage reporting, and other reporting as needed.

Travel Schedule

• Based in our Fort Lauderdale office (local candidates only), with travel to seminars nationwide; New York, Texas, Las Vegas, Orlando, and more.

• Travel 1–2 weekends per month, typically Thursday through Monday, to host events on-site.

• About 40 hours per week across office and travel; events generally run Friday through Sunday or Monday.

• When you work a weekend event, you receive days off after you return. Expect a flexible mix of weekday and weekend work.

• Paid vacation and PTO.

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience in sales and event management (trade-show or event-management experience is a plus).

• Willing and able to travel (New York, Texas, Las Vegas, Orlando, and more).

• Able to lift 50–60 lbs for event setup.

• Strong presentation and phone skills with an outgoing personality.

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits

$50,000–$55,000 base + 5% commission and bonus structure (no cap)

• Most of our event sales team earns $90,000–$120,000 per year, and strong performers make $100,000+.

• 401(k) with company matching.

• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

• Paid time off and paid vacations.

• Bonus and commission pay on top of your base.

And there’s real room to grow. This is a strong growth position, we’re committed to promoting from within and want someone ready to build a career here, not just take a job.

Background checks and reference checks will be performed
