Job description

Position Summary

Boston Medical Center Brighton is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our expanding Dermatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered dermatologic care within a collaborative health system committed to clinical excellence, health equity, and community service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including skin cancer screenings, biopsies, and minor dermatologic procedures.
  • Manage a general dermatology patient panel, with the option to incorporate special areas of interest.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the BMC Health System to coordinate care.
  • Deliver culturally competent, equitable care to a diverse patient population.
Position Highlights
  • Full-time outpatient position.
  • Monday-Friday schedule with no overnight call.
  • Strong clinical support, including experienced nursing and medical assistant teams.
  • Opportunity to build a clinical niche or help develop new services based on expertise.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
  • Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure upon hire.
  • Strong communication skills and dedication to patient-centered care.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive, market-aligned compensation. Compensation range: $331,495 - $544,566. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Paid CME time and allowance. Generous paid time off and malpractice coverage with tail. Relocation assistance available, if applicable.
