Job Description

Position Summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator. The role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing testing, and assembly operations to ensure quality production per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience reading & accurately interpreting sketches, and other information / instructions is required
  • Assemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions; assemble in a safe manner ensuring quality standards are met
  • Assembly could include using tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, and bolting operations); operating presses and punches out parts; working with coper tubes and/or coil fins
  • May assist in training new operators
  • Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shift
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred
  • Ability to read assembly or other instructions, as well as safety and quality requirements
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
